I am going off Effexor too and feel so sick! It diminishes in about a week, then I drop more mgs. and the symptoms come back. GO SLOWLY is my only advice. My symptoms going off:
nightmares
nightsweats
stomach queaziness
body aches
Severe back ache - which my dr tries to say is not related, but it is.Good luck. The symptoms do pass.
