I have been on effexor xr 225 for about 2 months, my appetite seems to grow each day. Though one of my depression symtoms is to eat, and I am beginning to feel as if the effexor is no longer working. Has anyone been on a higher dosage than 225? I started out at 37.5 then went to 75 then 150 and now 225 in the period of 4 months. I am so tired and late any motivation. Help !!!!!!
