I agree with the others. It took me 6 mos to really feel good. I also needed a higher dose. They say the typical maintenance dose is 150 mg. I settled in at 225 mg. I still have down days, but the downs aren't as extreme, and my family has really noticed a difference. Ask your doc, and good luck.
