Thanks for telling us about it. I get elevated heartrate from a lot of meds. Pstims and Wellbutrin were probably the worst. TCA's did too (nortriptyline being the least problematic), and then less so Effexor and then even Zoloft to some extent. I thought Provigil had less peripheral effects, you must be sensitive to them. Have you talked to your doctor that prescribed the Provigil? What does he think?Mitch
