Bad reaction to provigil!!

Hi,

I just got out of the hospital. My heart rate was at 166 2 hours after taking this med. I was on a low dose. I took 14 hours to get my heart rate under 100 so I had to spend the night. Problem is this was the first med I have taken for ADHD. I fear any of the other stimunlants would have the same efffect on me. Has anyone else had this problem with a stimulant?
