I've only taken it for two weeks and went off it cold turkey. I felt
worse when I was taking it. It's for some, but not for me.I know what you were talking about when you mentioned that weird noise in the ears
while you were laying down. I had it too. It lasted only a night and then stopped. Good Luck
with withdrawing. Personally, I think there are better things on the market that
are more natural and would work better and not mess with the mind so much.Launie
