I don't know what else to do, depression wasn't as bad as the last months on effexor, I take 300 mg (150XR 2times a day). If I don't start it again, will these symptoms get worse or better? How long will this last and what is the worse it can get? Husband is supportive and helping, we talked before I went off, and read lots of information. Has anyone on this site gone cold turkey from 300mg and didn't go back on?? If so, how was it??
