When I upped it to twice a day (after 3 weeks at once) I had severe dizzy spells and was always cold. I have low blood pressure when not on meds so I didn't think it was a good thing to make it too low...
As I understand it, it can take 4-6 weeks to perceive therapeutic benefits even at higher doses, right?
