I had weight gain on Paxil and Efexor as well. But I had weight gain on mostly all ADs I tried except Zoloft. Zoloft made me nauseous all the time. Thats why I lost weight...but its annoying feeling nauseous all the time. Prozac could be the best SSRI in terms of weight. Celexa could be a try worth too.
You could try Effexor XR. No weight gain, effective for Panic Disorder (other side effects though).
