Concerta

Concerta is Ritalin in a long lasting form. It helps with the ups and downs of dosing. I find it much smoother than regular Ritalin. Concerta comes in different doses. It is actually Ritalin in a tiny device that you swallow. It is the size of a tic-tac. It administers the drug steadily throughout the day. Good stuff. I would also say that if your muscles are tight like that then you are taking too strong of a dose all at once. The pills are easy enough to break. Cut back. See what happens.
