Does anyone have any words of wisdom for suffers of TMJ who also have to take ritalin?
I am in the begining of a humdinger of a TMJ episode. Lemme tell you I don't relish the thought of taking 1800mgs of ibuprofin(MD's orders) on top of all my bipolar meds too! Geesh! How much more can my poor digestive tract take anyway?
I'm thinking of calling my Dentist to see if they would recommend a sports mouthpiece in the interium while I am waiting to get an appointment?
Does anyone have any other ideas?
