I guess I have mood swings since starting Ritalin (a wekk ago). I am taking 2x 5 mg to 30 mg Paxil (makes me tired) as an augmentation strategy. Is this possible ? How long should I try it ? My doc said that I have to try several days and different amounts ! What do you think about that. It seems that it is working a day or two and then making my mood bad (swings during the day). What about Provigil (Modafinil) or Dexedrine (d-amphetamin) concerning mood and energy ? I tried Reboxetine with success on drive but not at all on mood (pooped out quickly). I fear of amphetamines because of dependence, promoting psychosis and depression as well...
