Hi Cindylou

I am not sure if the Ritalin makes it worser. How long should I try it to judge right the pros and cons ? I feel dizzy after taking the Ritalin for a while. I tried now the slow release but I cut the tabs in half instead it shouldnt be done...faster dissolution of the tabs. I think 20 mg is too much....headache, sedation...

I feel some worsening of depression (sadness, motivation..) but I am not sure if its from the Ritalin or just a mood swing (i am unipolar perhaps bipolar II) of which I had severals.
