I definitely think that not having enough blood pumped to your brain could cause something like that. You've been checked out by docs right? Did they mention anything like this? Have you asked them? Someone who knows what they're talking about will answer, but I was on so...
When you're outside are you more physically active? Maybe your heart can't keep up and that's why it's more frequent outside? Not having enough blood=not having enough oxygen, not having enough oxygen in your brain=passing out, so maybe you're experiencing ALMOST passing out? Anyway, hope someone helps you out.
