A feeling like I am asleep and dreaming yet awake and feeling like I am doing the same thing over and over a gazillion times or more. It seems to happen out of the blue. Outdoors more often. It is so scarey that I feel like I'm becoming psychotic. It started on vacation about 7 years ago. I also have Marfans syndrome which causes my heart to not pump enough blood to my brain at times. Could this be a lack of blood to my brain?
