I just started Geodon last week as a replacement for my Zyprexa. I've been taking Z for about 3 years or so now and my doctor and I agreed that I would be a good candidate for Geodon. The Z helped best with obsessive thoughts of suicide and death. It also greatly relieved my anxiety.

Right now I have some overlap of the two but am taking 20 mg twice a day of the Geodon which will go up to 40 mg twice/day next week when I go completely off of Zyprexa. So far I haven't noticed any particular side effects or added relief but there is no downside so far.
