Well this is what I'm trying, lots of water, and doing cardio exercise plus I'm seeing a dietician (I ask my doctor to recommend me to one so I don't have to pay for it)I'll let you know how it goes, I think the really tough part is doing it routinely so that it becomes part of your life style. Plus I hope I will feel even better (depression wise and dealling with stress) once I get myself into shape again.

I am gaining so much and in the long run I think I will be more depressed. I may consider switching if chances are good that I will lose this weight. Anyone have any good advice? THANKS!
