Since being on 100 mg of Topamax for about a year, I had 11 cavities at a dental check-up. I am awaiting my next check-up to see whether or not I will remain on the Topamax. I'm not willing to accept more than 1 or 2 cavities a year, at most. It's been great otherwise.Sorry for your experience,
