I'll ask Scott, I'm thinking nobody considered this dx because for a 10 year period (until 3 years ago), I was very 'high functioning'. I am on a low dose of risperdal (2mg) and that seems to keep the auditory hallucinations at bay. Thank you very much for your input- Judy
