Yes. You may want to 1)lower your dosage 2)maintain your dosage and add Inderal, 10mg 3x a day which will stop the headaches and ease the muscle tension 3) Ask your doc if you can try Adrafinil instead of Ritalin. If it doesn't work, you can go back to the Ritalin or try Adderall, which I believe to be superior to Ritalin in some cases. It was in mine - smoother take-offs and landings.
