I am trying to get off effexor from a 4 year affair with the stuff. It basically stopped working. I am thinking about taking a multi-pronged approach involving tapering it down for a week or two, a little acupuncture, some diet changes, and some nutritional suppliments - any ideas?
any suggestions?
