Sef,
Glad to hear you're feeling well--I hope it continues too!

You should try to let your doctor know of this turnaround, just to keep him/her in the loop (especially if you're feeling a bit *too* well, as this can be the sign of a low-level manic reaction which would need attending to). But some people literally do feel a lifting of depression overnight, even after one or two weeks of treatment. As for lowering the Prozac dose, one thing to keep in mind is that Prozac stays in your system a *long* time, so it's unlikely that yesterday's dose change would have had a huge effect: you still have much of the previous days' worth in your system. But changing the dosage is all the more reason to get in touch with your pdoc to make sure you can hold onto this definite change for the better.

Good luck!

> My pdoc says I have PTSD and I am clinically depressed. Can your moods/energy shift so dramatically overnight if you have that? Just yesterday I felt like I couldn't even move..no energy, didn't want to go on living. Felt that way for 2 weeks straight. Today I have so much energy, I don't know what's going on.
