Did my pdoc diagnose me right?

So wierd. Today I felt great and had a ton of energy. Is it because I lowered my dose of prozac to 30 mg since yesterday? Can't possibly work that fast, can it?
My pdoc says I have PTSD and I am clinically depressed. Can your moods/energy shift so dramatically overnight if you have that? Just yesterday I felt like I couldn't even move..no energy, didn't want to go on living. Felt that way for 2 weeks straight. Today I have so much energy, I don't know what's going on.

I was not sick with the flu or anything, I also had my flu shot this year...too wierd. I hope it lasts, I hope I feel the same tomorrow.
