Shar, Phil, and Noa,
Cam mentioned something about arbitration, which is similar to litigation. I don't know what's happening but just reading his post brought back those memories. I think his daughter's name was Suzeanne. I hope it's going very well for him. It was a tragic accident, and, of course, no amount of money can compensate for the loss of a child, but it can certainly sweeten her memory, and hopefully save other lives.
