OK to Take Entire BuSpar Dose at Bedtime?

Does anyone know whether BuSpar (30mg in my case) can all be taken at bedtime, and still provide some effect throughout the day? I know that's it's normally supposed to be taken two or three times a day.
I ask this because BuSpar still makes me very sleepy (even at doses as small as 7.5mg), after six weeks.
On a related note, if the fatigue side-effect remains after six weeks, it's not going to go away, is it?
