I second that. I took Nardil, gained lots of weight, then tried Parnate and it worked too. Parnate doesn't cause weight gain at all, as far as I'm aware (couldn't find any reports of it in the literature).
I find Parnate to be as good as Nardil for depression, though perhaps not as good for anxiety. (I don't have social phobia, though.) I think that most people who respond to one will also respond to the other.
