Anyone having success with SAMe? I've seen some posts here in the past about this supplemant. I'm curious because I've had a partial response but I feel that my dose has to increase in order to get a better response, and the pills are about $1 a piece. Any info would be great. P.s. , I'm up to 600 mgs a day (3 pills). 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Today is approximately day 12. Had my first response at 1 week (400mgs) , but started losing its effect thereafter. Increased to 600 mgs on day 10, had some response, but lost a little again. Afraid I'm going to go broke in order to get to a dose that works for me. By the way... absolutely no side effects.
