Well, of the relatively few times in my life that I have been hypomanic, not each time felt good. Sometimes it just feels like my whole body is itching to be released from my skin -- like a big ball of energy with no place to go. Granted, sometimes I can harness it & clean my entire apartment or paint & draw all night, but that happens far less.
I too have insomnia, but I have been a life-long insomniac and I don't think it's the Celexa. I take it in the morning, though -- just in case. I can't tolerate sleeping pills (though I wish I could), but I have been trying Valerian. I don't think it works and it has a very strong, unpleasant odor! :-( I have even tried Trazodone at night, but it gives me a 'fuzzy head' that I just can't deal with.

I hope YOU catch a good night's sleep tonight! :-)
