When I took Paxil(40mg) I was restless and did not sleep well. On Celexa(40mg) I slept about 9 hours a day and was still tired. I you want sedation I would go with Celexa. I am now on Effexor(225mg) and having trouble sleeping even when I take 15mg Ambien. Good Luck, Donna
