Elaine, do you suffer from recurring depression, or
do you just "disassociate"? The reason I ask is bcuz
I have experienced EXACTLY what you described in your
original post- (I felt myself getting tense just
reading it.)God, it's horrible! I am bipolar and I
have found that whenever I start having those kinds
of spontaneous attacks it is an indicator that a
full blown depression could be right around the corner.
Klonopin really seems to work miraculously for me in
taking away the terror/dying feeling. How often do
you experience these feelings? -m.
