tranxene withdrawl?

Hi,
I've been on tranxene for almost three months. Was taking 11.25mgs (3.75mgs 3x/day), then went down to two/day. Thursday of last week I stopped taking it. I've noticed some things like feeling in a fog, some jitteriness/shakiness, muscle aches, some confusion or difficulty concentrating, anxiousness, not feeling quite like myself. I've felt this way since Saturday. Some of the fooginess may be going away (as of today). Is this possibly withdrawl?
If so, how long does it last?
