Thank you, I'll add this to my list of stuff I take to try to get it back down.

Start out slowly when you get it. It can be very sedating for some people (including me).

Hi Kara,
Have you been trying B5 separately with a multiB? Any side effects..I note you mention sedating?
Found some old stuff (might not work) which I've been trying for the past week..just 1/4 tablet at first though...250mg B5 tablets, so about 63mg/day on top of multi. I still have a little acne.

Hi Jan,
No I haven't started back on the B5 yet. I think I was referring to something else being sedating (niacinamide probably) - I didn't feel any sedation from the B5 and I took a 500 mg. capsule. My skin hasn't been bad (until very recently) so I haven't felt the need to try the B5. I had been thinking of using it if/when I got an acne reaction from upping the fish oil dosage - but I haven't done that yet either.

Lately my skin has been bad from some acute stress. I wonder if the B5 would help in that case. My skin is calming down now though anyway. (I'm too old for this nonsense!)

It will be interesting to see if your skin improves as you increase the B5 dosage.

Hope you had a good holiday!

Kara
