No I haven't started back on the B5 yet. I think I was referring to something else being sedating (niacinamide probably) - I didn't feel any sedation from the B5 and I took a 500 mg. capsule. My skin hasn't been bad (until very recently) so I haven't felt the need to try the B5. I had been thinking of using it if/when I got an acne reaction from upping the fish oil dosage - but I haven't done that yet either.Lately my skin has been bad from some acute stress. I wonder if the B5 would help in that case. My skin is calming down now though anyway. (I'm too old for this nonsense!)
It will be interesting to see if your skin improves as you increase the B5 dosage.
