Hi Kara,
Have you been trying B5 separately with a multiB? Any side effects..I note you mention sedating?
Found some old stuff (might not work) which I've been trying for the past week..just 1/4 tablet at first though...250mg B5 tablets, so about 63mg/day on top of multi. I still have a little acne.
