Which is unfortunate for z, because I'll bet there're a lot of people whom he makes uncomfortable, him being into results and not understanding that the only result, in life, is death. Anything else is process, it's all a draft ... nothing's perfect and it sounds like he needs to be perfect .. an expectation leading to unhappiness for all.
