I go for a swim near a place marked
Point No-Point
I leave the water quite untouched
at least I can't see any marks or
streaks or fish
But freaks splash inside my head
and some place out there Jaws wait
for me
But I come home instead
trouble is there doesn't seem any
point
except for what those freaks have always
said
so onward and upward
or is it downward
I can't tell
I keep my eyes wide shut
and everything else as well.
