No I don't think it was a panic attack as I was kind of just an interested observer of most of it if that makes any sense. The spinning around the room was scary but the rest was more strange than scary. Oh yeah, I'm a man so of course I didn't go to or tell the doctor. Things seem to have settled back into their usual abnormality so I'm just gonna see how it goes.
I guess I should admit to having had conscious and in one case deliberate 'out of body' experiences in the past, so this kinda of thing doesn't freak me out tooooo much. I did say toooo much.
