:-)
I hope you have good crys. Sometimes I have a good one and feel a lot better after. Sometimes I don't seem to feel much better after. The first kind are the good ones. I have lots of experience with crying. Mostly with the latter sort unfortunately :-( I think it is only the first sort that is really good for you though. Though... Better out than in I suppose..

> Yeah I'm kinda worried that my symptoms are way more volatile post the Efexor XR than they were before.

Hmm. Thats worth more thought. Maybe it isn't the right medication for you. I am gutted about effexor at the mo. Absolutely gutted. I now HAVE to take the bloody thing because I feel really nauseous if I miss so much as a single dose. That doesn't fit in with my common practice of taking it just when I feel bad, and forgetting about it when I feel good. It does not fit in well at all ;-)

>But I kinda suspect all the admissions and openness have more than a little to do with it too.

Ah. Triggering. Have you been ruminating? Feeling bad? Feeling trapped maybe?
(((Damos)))
You take care of you right now, okay?
I have been feeling a little triggered myself.
Maybe it has been the sharing.
Not too sure what in particular.
I think I need to be mad at p-doc rather than my father at the mo.
Yup.
Maybe that is it.

>I know what you mean though I've just been sooooo negative though and everything has been coming out with the wrong spin on it, and everyone here means to much to me to go carelessly causing offence.

I wouldn't have thought you were capable of carelessly causing offence. Seriously though. People have gotten to know you pretty well on the boards now. Even if they did feel offended by something I figure people would assume the best of you and give you the chance to clarify before they felt too offended or upset.

Really.

It is good to recieve as well as to give sometimes...

We don't just love ya 'cause you are so giving you know.

You are allowed to be sad and bad and pissed or whatever you need to be. Really. I'm sure we can handle it and won't think any the worse of you. Besides which, I really don't think that you would cause offense via carelessness. Sometimes people can be harder to offend than you might think..

> You do and you have :-)

And you have helped me feel better too :-)

> Yeh I'll try and post something 2morrow flat out like a lizard drinking at the moment.

Heh heh Aussie sayings are so cute. (I never thought so before, but they seem cute when you say them).

<Just got a new project that was well on the way to h*ll before it landed on my desk, and on top of that as of yesterday I am acting manager of the program office for 2 months. Just what I need right now - more responsibility for other things and other people AARRRRRRRHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Hmm. 'Acting manager'. Sounds like a pay rise is in order ;-)
Yuk. I hate work at the mo.
I have a lot of sympathy.
