i totally don't know what to do with time off from work. today is the first day i have had off in a while and i am totally bored.
anyway, the suicidal thoughts haven't gone completely, but i have much more control over them. i always go to the hospital if they start to get the better of me. but it makes me wonder why they are there at all. they must be a part of me, but i know that i really don't want to die, so why are they there? i can't figure that one out.
