Hey, I don't understand all of it either...
But the history of the paradox was fairly interesting.

If it is any consilation at all one of the great founders of Analytic Philosophy - Bertrand Russell - became suicidal upon hearing this version:

The set of all sets that are not members of themselves. Is it a member of itself?

I am not toooo sure why, but I think it was something about completely undermining his logic and his program to reduce mathematics to logic (I can only assume via set theory).

So. A trigger warning indeed :-)
