My mother and father had the most important relationship then we (wee) children came next as peripheral players.
I felt like a bit player in my own life.I have grown and learned. I have been in therapy all my adult life. Because each of these experiences was a truama, EMDR worked to give me a new look on life....I am a much happier person now.
