I lost (3) jobs due to my depression. The last job was the hardest on me, brutal in fact. I had to sign this document that in not so many words stated that I was retarded. At that point I wouldn't even speak to my manager (a good family friend) for years over it. I went in on a Saturday with his boss to clear out my cube.
There were also short term and long term disabilities thrown in there when they seems to all be on MY side, but when they knew I wasn't getting better, they just ALL turned on me. Something I'll NEVER forget. I lost a lot of good friends that day.
