withdrawal

I'm trying to cut back on Lamictal because of side-effects of memory loss, inability to remember words, lethargy (makes it so hard to work).
If I even forget to take my dose for one day,
I get sort of a dizzy, tingling in my head, expecially if I move my eyes to fast.
I also get bad flu-like symptoms that disappear once I remember to take my pills
It sounds a little like Effexor or SSRI withdrawal symptoms.....
