New shrink cut me directly to 100 mg/day, no taper. For 3 days I felt like I was going to throw up, suddenly, at any moment, starting about 7pm. So today I took an extra 50mg, and the nausea attacks did not come. Coincidence? I'm trying 125mg tomorrow, and if I can tolerate that I'll hold there for 2 weeks then drop to the psych's 100mg/day. If not, I'll stay on 150 for another week or so, then 125. Maybe I'll tell the shrink, maybe not. They get pissy sometimes.
