Just a heads up on the class action. I really looked into the class action against lilly. I found out several things. It's a money game started by some greedy lawyers. They didn't sue lilly because zyp caused diabetes, they sued because lilly didn't put in their package inserts that diabetes could be a possible side effect. truth is a doc showed me a study that said that people who need drugs like zyprexa, seroquel, risperdal, etc. have a better chance of getting diabetese if they don't take these drugs for their mental conditions. Lilly actually settled most of the lawsuits claiming no fault. They paid out close to 800 million. The lawyers got all of the money and are trying to start one on seroquel next. I guess you could start one for the muscle issues, but you'll just be getting some greedy *ss lawyer a new Beemer. Good Luck.
