Hello everyone
I found this site while trying to find out some info about the whole withdrawal thing from effexor. I tried to wean off one time before about a year and a half ago and it wasnt pretty. I ended up going back on cause I couldnt stand the withdrawal symptoms. I am ready to try again. I was on 75mg and started 37.5 this saturday. I have been reading the previous posts and trying to get as much info as possible. I have the xr capsules. So after a week on 37.5 then what? Do I break open the capsules and take say half of the grainules? Read a little about that but wasnt quite sure about it. If anyone has info on this I would greatly appreciate it. I am not looking forward to the brain fog and zapping feeling again and would do anything to avoid it. thanks for any help you can give.
