the ideal seems to be to shut things down to turn things off.
to make a babel.
to make it so that reason and statistics (even) are not valued at all. they don't function to be tools in the service of knowledge or truth or understanding.
they are tools to be pulled out so that our politicians and leaders can pretend to be credible.
but what they spout is just garbage garbage garbage output.
that's the thing of it.

i mean... that's the thing with the statistics. you don't cherry pick what tests you do and just present your side of it.
because your job isn't to swindle.
you do all the different tests and you see what you find. you build up a picture.
people from here don't understand. don't get it.
i guess that is why they are here...
no. that's what the government will have us believe.
there's nothing wrong with most of the people of nz.
the problem is in the leadership. how it won't allow anybody to function.
