that's basically the situation.
some people get offered them on sliver platters (people on the district health board)
else it's a lolly scramble.
they never seriously tried to get the vaccines to front line workers, at all, so far as i can see.
just rewarding opportunism.
seems that's the most valuable trait / the trait that we most value.
who is 'in the know'.

apprently the usa isn't going to supply troops to countries...
to help them develop.
lawyers.but what do you do with places who refuse to do any of the things they are supposed to do.
refuse to uphold the laws.i guess...
any american who wants to leave... can leave.
afganastan...
how about leaving nations that refuse to uphold rule of law.
citizens...
how about people who are american... ideologically.
how about that?
see something they want to see more of...
where their country by citizenship values... other things...
