Do you have any chunky role models?
I don't mean that you should aim or aspire to be chunky in an unhealthy way... I just mean that is is important to care for and be kind to yourself while you work through whatever... Are there chunky people who you admire for other things? Other qualities? Are there chunky people who you see being liked and respected and so on? I don't know if thinking on that might help...
