I don't like the egotism later in the song, but my goodness I like the amphetamine guitars at the beginning. We live in an area supposedly lashed by ice, but no luck at my place. I miss feeling reasonable. I do try to practice detachment. The bright side is it won't last forever. Rod was a gravedigger at one point?

He is talking about scoring a f*ck, no? Nowadays songs start with lines like 'Currency, currency, everyone is held hostage'. On the bright side this reminds me of Soviet films (threat everywhere, people reasonable), which I could at least watch with respect.
